We normally listen “Riches have Turned his Head” but whenever I see this person it comes into my mind “Riches have made him more simple and humble” really.. the simple way of delivering knowledge, the accuracy of the concrete ideas, sharing of real time experience, the humble way of saying “Yes” and “No”, building and leading of a team and much much more..

Its fortunate for me to have guidance from this kind of senior who is again one of its kind..

Its definite that this is not only my feel but many of my other team members will be having same opinion about this personality.

Normally there used to be certain things thoughts of which are there in our conscious or sub conscious and suddenly we come across some situations which exactly match our thoughts. It happened today, a personality was there in the thought but was not able to get something suited for him. And imagine, suddenly a mail of “Leadership Guru – Robin Sharma” flashed in front of my eyes and got the right title for that personality which i can not escape.

Today not one but Two Leaderships were in front of my eyes – “The one looking steadily for another”. Some moments of this are still live in front of eyes which give the feel of goodness and bring a small smile on face through shine in eyes.

Title for that personality :: “You can really Lead Without a Title”

Some suited nuts which have been learnt from these two leaderships ::

Tale of 2 years and 4 months….

After 2 years of shifting of hands it got to be finalized. Yes the revamping of website of my organization…small sigh of relief is there. There was a time when it was thought that its not possible to get it designed now from the vendor we selected. We were ready to spend twice of the amount but were in hurry to get it done. Vendor, Designer and me all confused and surrendered. Suddenly searched a template and referred that to the designer, got designed and then presented. And after a long pause, to our surprise approval was there. Started working on each page and now about on the last finishing step of this ladder.

But today to my surprise, got to know some more sites and portals of same designer. Some are marvelluos….then why not revealed to us earlier..when so many questions were raised on workmanship. Its the patience or silence which paid or something else. Or it was the freedom given to desigener to open wings and work by not limiting the inbound creativity in a closed circumference..yeah it is…when one is forced to do something again and again in a particular fashion then saturation creeps in unknowingly..and it was there..

By the way, for workmanship of Vikram, the designer.. www.nakhasiarts.in can be checked..

Wishing all the best to Vikram…!! Keep the good work up…always…

It means never to put limits…or guidelines to some one who bears proficiency in his/ her work.. now to praise..may be its patience to get work done which paid..now whose patience..Three people closely involved in this assignment better know it..

ONE STABLE THING – “CHANGE”

Yes there is only one thing stable in this world and that is “THE CHANGE”…in the sense Change is the thing which is eternal..never ending..never dying..keep on rolling with hands of time..either the time is so powerful that it changes many things or the things change with the time..but the result is that a change is there..
Sometime we act as spectators for this change..watch the changes going around..Change in position, power, coordinates, discoordinates..but as observed that every one reaches its peak time..some at a quite earlier stage and some at a later stage..bt it is there. But a personal balance is required for sustainability..in all the eras..in all the situations..
And on achieving the height..this balance only brings stability..a slight this side or that side may cause one to fall from such a height..but some balanced ones do leave some imprints on that height to be followed by others…

an SMS received in the morning..just brought an image in my mind in one flash only..its none other than the Big B..Its not Amitab Bachan the Big B..but some one else..Like a RTS going on TV…”BIG BOSS”..he resembles this series..thts why given the name “BIG B”… if observed he is somewhere same…he is “TTM…Tough Task Manager”..he observes the traits in you..then gives the tasks..and then teaches you the tricks to manage your tasks/ tough tasks”..a trainer who gives training in real envoirement..his sharpness, quick responsivness, calculation..mind blowing..

Yes a letter to the Guide…..it sound like a chapter in English..”a letter to the God”..but its not that..Digest this quote before heading further..

Still remember the day when i had the appointment letter from that person…and never knew that this person going to be one of the trainers, teachers and the real guide..now just beeding all in a sequence..

1. The day when i was made known to the hierarchical structure..
2. My first report so given for which i got a very first call in the morning that it is wrong..at this there were two persons one who knew it that it was prepared in proper way but as per format have some discrepancies but did not reveal it before presenting it as of under the feel of insecurity or may be J-factor and on the other hand, one person who gave initiative to prepare that report and remained silent when those discrepancies came into his notice….but by the grace of almighty i had been able to read that silence and feel sorry..
3. That was the turning point..the start of building of a team..and in fact the first loosing point for the other person..
4. So the era began of being a silent spectator and a learner..
5. And still continues……….and will continue…as still there is a lot to learn…….and probably due to possession of never ending zeal to learn…every day has been a learning day..every act has been a learning act..
